Company LTB was founded on December 17, 2004. The name LTB stands for the founders’ initials (Levan Zaalishvili, Tamaz Mchedlishvili, Besik Lekvtadze). For the period of company’s foundation, there was no furniture manufacturing in Georgia. All the furniture available was imported. Such furniture was too expensive for average Georgian families, excessive for local apartments and very similar. For above mentioned reasons company management decided to help local entrepreneurs and made its aim to develop the furniture manufacturing business in Georgia. As a result of the permanent attempts many small furniture manufactories were established and many of them were extended further. It is worth mentioning, that at each such manufactory there were at least ten people employed. Nowadays there are tens of thousands employed in this field. Experience showed us the tendencies and defects of Georgian market. Because of acting accordingly to these tendencies Company could move to a new higher level in its development. It can be said that our company holds the largest share of furniture components market in Georgia. Company management attends all international exhibitions permanently to introduce innovations to Georgian market and to make it equal to European one. As a result of hardworking, the company managed to import the latest furniture materials and components from different countries of the world. Our partners are such worldwide acknowledged brands as Samet, Blum, Egger and many others. At the beginning there were about ten people employed in our company. Since then Company enlarged and therefore there are up to 100 people working for us. In the nearest future the company intends to increase the staff. As a result of our right activities we are honored to be in the golden list of large taxpayers of Georgia. Central branch of the Company (2 Eristavi str., Tbilisi, Georgia) offers its customers wide choice of furniture components and provides various services. Also, we have several dealer companies throughout Georgia. We intend to develop further and introduce more innovations to Georgian market. Company LTB is the establisher and the leader of the development of furniture industry in Georgia.
